尿液有形成分显微镜检查复检标准的探讨

摘要:
[目的]探讨尿液有形成分检验的显微镜复检标准。[方法]选取500例门诊患者的新鲜尿液标本,分别用AX-4280尿干化学分析仪和UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪及计数盘对尿液有形成分进行分析计数,并进行统计分析。[结果]164例全自动尿检均为阴性者,UF-1000i检测RBC、WBC、CAST与沉渣镜检计数结果差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);UF-1000i检测RBC、WBC、CAST为阴性而AX-4280检测BLD、LEU、PRO为不同程度阳性时,UF-1000i与沉渣镜检计数结果间差异存在显著性意义(P<0.05);AX-4280检测BLD、LEU、PRO为阴性而UF-1000i检测RBC、WBC、CAST为阳性时,UF-1000i与沉渣镜检计数结果间差异同样有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]全自动干化学尿分析仪及UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪操作简便快速,但仍有不同程度的假阳性及假阴性的存在。

Abstract:
[Objective]To discuss the re-examination standards for urine visible elements by microscope. [Methods]Selected fresh urine specimens from 500 outpatients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University were tested by AX-4280 urine dry chemical analyzer, UF-1000i cytometer and counting plate for analysis on urine visible elements respectively. [Results]In one hundred and sixty-four negative cases there was no significant difference between UF-1000i and microscopy counting when RBC, WBC and CAST were tested (P>0.05). RBC, WBC and CAST showed negative in UF-1000i while BLD, LEU and PRO showed positive in different degree in AX-4280, there existed significant difference between UF-1000i and sediment microscopy calculation (P<0.05). BLD, LEU and PRO showed negative in AX-4280 while RBC, WBC and CAST showed positive in UF-1000i, there also existed significant difference between UF-1000i and sediment microscopy calculation (P<0.05). [Conclusion]The automatic dry chemical urine analyzer and the UF-1000i automatic urine sediment analyzer are widely used in clinical because of its easy-use and high-speed in the operation. Sometimes false positive and false negative also can be found.
