| ［目的］通过使用含钾离子牙膏治疗牙本质过敏，观察脱敏疗效。［方法］这项两组、随机对照实验选用了60名牙本质过敏患者240颗患牙，试验周期为8周。通过温度、机械刺激反应对各组受累牙齿的敏感度进行了对比观察。［结果］含钾离子牙膏组空气敏感性VAS值（3.22±1.61）和触觉敏感性VAS值（2.65±2.18）均小于安慰剂牙膏组空气敏感性VAS值（5.82±2.35）和触觉敏感性VAS值（3.98±2.18），差异均具有显著性意义（P<0.05）。［结论］含钾离子牙膏能显著缓解牙本质过敏，改善患者的牙齿的整体舒适度，值得推广应用。 |

| Abstract: |
| ［Objective］Potassium toothpaste is used to treat dentine allergies and curative effect of desensitization is observed.［Methods］Two hundred and forty teeth in 60 patients with dentin allergies were randomly divided into treatment and control groups for the test that lasted for 8 weeks, in which temperature and mechanical stimulus-response sensitivity of the involved teeth were evaluated.［Results］The VAS values of the air sensitivity of treatment group (3.22±1.61) and tactile sensitivity of VAS value (2.65±2.18) were lower than them, which were (5.82±2.35) and (3.98±2.18) in control group. The differences were significant (P<0.05). ［Conclusion］The potassium can significantly relieve dentin hypersensitivity and improve the comfort of all patients. It is worth to be applied in large population. |
