下磨牙牙周韧带和下齿槽神经阻滞麻醉效果的对照研究

摘要:
[目的]评估下颌磨牙急性不可复性牙髓炎行牙周韧带注射麻醉作用,讨论牙周韧带注射麻醉是否可行。[方法]选择100例病人随机平均分成两组,实验组应用STA计算机控制口腔无痛局部麻醉仪进行盐酸阿替卡因牙周韧带麻醉,对照组进行盐酸阿替卡因下齿槽神经阻滞麻醉。注射麻醉后进行牙髓治疗。利用100 mm直观模拟标度尺(VAS)及问卷获得患者牙髓治疗时的痛觉数据。[结果]实验组和对照组疼痛感觉(VAS值)分别是15.36±1.50、14.78±1.50,实验组与对照组疼痛感觉比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);问卷调查实验组和对照组对麻醉方式满意率分别是94.0%、74.0%,实验组与对照组麻醉方式满意率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。[结论]应用STA无痛麻醉仪行牙周韧带注射麻醉可以达到良好的麻醉效果。

Abstract:
[Objective]To assess the anesthetic effect in periodontal ligament in the treatment of mandibular permanent molar irreversible pulpitis and to discuss the feasibility of periodontal ligament anesthesia. [Methods]One hundred patients were randomly divided into two groups evenly. In test group, the patients received the periodontal ligament anesthesia of articaine hydrochloride through using STA computer-controlled local anesthetic delivery system. In control group, the patients received inferior alveolar nerve block anesthesia of articaine hydrochloride. After anesthetic injection, pulp therapy was performed. Data relating to the pain of the treating pulpitis molar were obtained on a 100 mm visual analogue scale (VAS) and a questionnaire. [Results]VAS was 15.36±1.50 in test group and 14.78±1.50 in control group. No statistically significant difference in anesthetic effect was observed between the two groups (P>0.05). The result of questionnaire showed satisfaction rates of test group and control group were 94.0% and 74.0% respectively. There was a significant difference in satisfaction with anesthetic methods(P<0.01). [Conclusion]The periodontal ligament anesthesia by using STA computer-controlled local anesthetic delivery system can attain good anesthetic effect.
