摘要:

［目的］探讨肱骨近端解剖型钢板治疗Neer Ⅳ型肱骨外科颈骨折的方法及临床疗效。［方法］应用肱骨近端解剖型钢板治疗Neer Ⅳ型肱骨外颈骨折50例，经1~2年随访，根据术后肩关节Neer 评分法进行评分。［结果］50例中优40 例，良7例，可2例，差1例，优良率达94%。［结论］Neer Ⅳ型肱骨外科颈骨折应以钢板内固定手术治疗为好，肱骨近端解剖型钢板是理想的内固定方法。

Abstract:

［Objective］To explore the method and the clinical effectiveness of proximal humeral anatomical plate to treat the humerus surgical neck fractures (Neer Ⅳ).［Methods］Fifty patients with humerus surgical neck fractures were treated by proximal humeral anatomical plate.All of the cases were followed up for 1 to 2 years.Therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the Neer Score.［Results］In the 50 cases with type of the Neer Ⅳ,the evaluation was excellent in 40,good in 7,and fair in 2,poor in 1 case.The rate of excellent and good was 94%.［Conclusion］It is a good choice to treat the humerus surgical neck fracture (Neer Ⅳ) with the surgery of the internal fixation.Proximal humeral anatomical plate is a realizable internal fixation method.
