| ［目的］探讨年龄相关性黄斑变性的玻璃体黄斑牵引综合症的手术疗效。［方法］确诊为年龄相关性黄斑变性的玻璃体黄斑牵引综合症的患者共11例11眼，采用经睫状体扁平部玻璃体切割术治疗。术前术后均行光学相干断层扫描（OCT）检查。［结果］术后OCT 显示11例患者黄斑部牵引全部解除，黄斑中央凹厚度降低，视力均有所提高，术中术后无明显并发症。［结论］玻璃体手术是治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性的玻璃体黄斑牵引综合症的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: |
| ［Objective］To explore the surgical treatment of vitreomacular traction syndrome (VMT) in age-related macular degeneration (ARMD) with vitreous surgery.［Methods］Eleven eyes of 11 patients were diagnosed as VMT in ARMD.All the eyes underwent pars plana vitrectomy.All patients were examined with OCT before and after the surgical treatment.［Results］After the surgical treatment,OCT revealed the traction of macular had been removed in 11 eyes.The retinal thickness of central fovea was decreased,and best corrected visual acuity was elevated.［Conclusions］Vitreous surgery is effective to treat VMT in ARMD. |
