| 摘要: |
| ［目的］ 了解脂多糖（lipopolysaccharide，LPS）对PC12细胞中核转录因子（NF-κB）激活过程。［方法］ 采用LPS（200 ng/mL）刺激培养的PC12细胞0.5~4 h后，以免疫细胞化学染色和Western blot方法检测不同时间点NF-κB的激活和表达水平。［结果］ LPS刺激PC12细胞0.5 h后,NF-κB开始激活表达，1 h时NF-κB激活表达水平增加，2 h时NF-κB激活表达水平达到高峰，4 h时NF-κB激活表达水平有所降低，LPS各组与正常对照组比较差异有显著性意义（P<0.01）。［结论］ LPS可诱导培养的PC12细胞中NF-κB一过性激活高表达。 |

| ［Objective］In order to explore the course of LPS on the activation of NF-κB in PC 12 cells.［Methods］PC 12 cells were cultivated,then LPS (200 ng/mL/well) was added into 6-wells panel for 0.5~4 hours.The western blot and immunocytochemistry were used to measure the expression of NF-κB in different time points.［Results］The expression of NF-κB increased gradually since 0.5 h reached the peak at 2 h.At 4 h,and decreased than before,however,it also was higher than the control group.［Conclusion］LPS could induce the temporary high expression of NF-κB in PC12 cells. |
