IGF-2、Ki-67在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义

摘要:
[目的]分析乳腺病变患者中IGF-2的表达情况,研究它们与乳腺肿瘤细胞增殖的关系。[方法]用免疫组织化学SP法检测乳腺癌、乳腺纤维腺瘤和乳腺增生组织3组病例中IGF-2、Ki-67的表达水平。[结果]IGF-2在乳腺癌、乳腺纤维腺瘤及乳腺增生组织3组病例中阳性表达率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);乳腺癌组IGF-2的强阳性表达率明显高于其他两组(P<0.05)。IGF-2和Ki-67在乳腺癌组中表达呈正相关性。在乳腺癌组中,IGF-2和Ki-67在原发灶大小不同和淋巴结有无转移组间表达差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);而在不同年龄组、不同组织学类型以及不同雌孕激素受体情况中的表达差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。[结论]IGF-2的过度升高可能是导致乳腺癌发生的因素之一;IGF-2具有促进乳腺癌细胞增殖的作用;IGF-2可能是乳腺癌发生淋巴结转移的一个重要因素。

Abstract:
[Objective] To examine the expression level of IGF-2 and Ki-67 in breast cancer and analyze the relationship between IGF-2 and the proliferation of breast cancer cells.[Methods] The expressions of IGF-2 and Ki-67 were detected in 40 breast cancers by immunohistochemical technique. [Results] The strong positive expression rate of IGF-2 in breast cancer was significantly higher than that of breast fibroadenoma and breast hyperplasia tissue(P<0.05), though the difference of positive expression was not found between breast cancer and the other two groups. The expression of IGF-2 was positively correlated with the one of Ki-67 in breast cancer. In breast cancer tissue,the expression of IGF-2 in lymph node matastasis and tumor diameter>2 cm was significantly higher than that of no lymph node metastasis and the lesion diameter≤2 cm groups, respectively. There are no difference in IGF-2 expression between ages,histologic types and hormone receptor status. [Conclusions] The high expression of IGF-2 may be one of the pathogenesis of breast cancer. IGF-2 is a possible important factor in metastasis of breast cancer. IGF-2may have the function to facilitate breast cancer cell proliferation.
