| ［目的］ 探讨循序加压压迫疗法对下肢慢性静脉功能不全的治疗作用。［方法］ 本组482例下肢慢性静脉功能不全病人，除常规治疗外，根据CEAP分级，选择合适的循序减压压迫疗法，时间1.5～8年，观察临床经过。［结果］ 患者临床表现、肢体水肿情况、溃疡愈合情况均得到改善，耐受性良好，无严重并发症发生。［结论］ 循序减压压迫疗法在慢性静脉功能不全患者治疗中效果显著，掌握合适指征及使用方法，安全可靠。 |

| ［Objective］ To evaluate the efficacy and safety of graduated compression stockings (GCSs) in the therapy of chronic venous insufficiency (CVI). ［Methods］ Four hundred and eighty-two patients with CVI were required to wear GCSs with different pressure levels. The clinical symptoms, edema of lower extremity and venous ulcer were observed after therapy. ［Results］ After the treatment, the clinical symptoms and edema of lower extremity were reduced significantly. Seventeen of nineteen patients who suffered venous ulcer were cured and no recurrence. ［Conclusion］ GCSs are effective in the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency. Complications are rare and avoidable. |
