[目的]了解鼻息肉患者与人类白细胞Ⅱ类抗原(HLA-Ⅱ)的相关性。[方法]实验组为临床上已确诊的鼻息肉患者30例,对照组为81例正常健康人。采用HLA基因分型技术PCR-SSP法(PCR-sequence specific primers)检测HLA-Ⅱ类抗原。[结果]实验检测了111例的HLA-DR和HLA- DQ 共18个等位基因点,实验组和对照组之间HLA-DR16和HLA-DQ8,9 的等位基因抗原频率差异有显著性意义,其中HLA-DR16的抗原频率实验组为10.00%,对照组为1.24%,相对危险度RR=8.90,P=0.03;而HLA-DQ 8的抗原频率实验组为20.00%,对照组为4.94%,相对危险度RR=4.81,P=0.01;HLA-DQ9的抗原频率实验组40.00%,对照组12.35%,相对危险度RR=4.73,P=0.001。[结论]HLA-DR16和HLA-DQ8,9与鼻息肉的发病有关,为鼻息肉的易感基因(阳性基因)。 |

[Objective] The study is to search the relation between HLA-II antigens and Nasal Polyps (NP).[Methods] Polymorphism at loci HLA-DR and HLA-DQ were examined in 30 patients with NPs and 81 healthy subjects by use of the polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primer method.[Results] HLA-DR16, HLA-DQ8 and HLA-DQ9 were found to be significantly associated with NPs.HLA-DR16, HLA-DQ8 and HLA-DQ9 specificities were found at higher frequencies in patients with NPs than that in healthy subjects (10% versus 1.24%, RR=8.90, P=0.3; 20.00% versus 4.94%, RR=4.81, P=0.01; and 40.00% versus 12.35%, RR=4.73, P=0.001; respectively).[Conclusion] HLA-DR16, HLA-DQ8 and HLA-DQ9 represent potential susceptibility determinants. |
