[目的] 探讨子宫颈癌hMSH2、PCNA及P53蛋白表达的状况和意义。 [方法] 用免疫组织化学SP法检测54例子宫颈癌的hMSH2、PCNA及P53蛋白表达。 [结果] 子宫颈癌组织hMSH2、PCNA及P53蛋白表达阳性率为62.96%(34/54)、75.93%(41/54)及66.67%(36/54);在hMSH2阳性表达和阴性表达的子宫颈癌病例PCNA阳性表达率为85.29%(29/34)和60.00%(12/20),P53阳性表达率为76.47%(26/34)和50.00%(10/20)。hMSH2与PCNA、hMSH2与P53表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。 [结论] hMSH2可能通过与PCNA、P53蛋白相互作用参与子宫颈癌的发生。 |

[Objective] To analyze the relationship of hMSH2、PCNA and P53 protein expression in cervical cancers and its significance.[Methods] Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the proteins expression of hMSH2、PCNA and P53 in 54 cases of cervical cancers.[Results] In cervical cancer, the positive expression rates of hMSH2, PCNA and P53 protein were 62.96%(34/54), 75.93%(41/54) and 66.67%(36/54). In the cervical cancer cases with and without hMSH2 expression, the positive expression rates of PCNA were 85.29% and 60.00%; the rates of P53 were 76.47% and 50.00%. hMSH2 and PCNA/hMSH2 and P53 protein expression were positively correlated (P<0.05).[Conclusions] Interaction of hMSH2 to PCNA and P53 may be the carcinogenesis of cervical cancer. |
