正交试验优选姜油树脂凝胶的处方

摘要:
[目的] 根据姜油树脂的物理化学特性,研制适合临床应用的稳定的姜油树脂制剂的处方。[方法] 采用正交设计试验考察卡波姆-940的用量,甘油浓度以及吐温-80浓度对姜油树脂凝胶的外观和稳定性的影响。[结果] 姜油树脂凝胶剂处方的最佳组合为:1 g/100 mL的卡波姆-940,5%的甘油,3%的吐温-80,其制成的制剂质地均匀,细腻,黏度适中,涂展性好;4000 r/min离心60 min,稳定,无分层现象。[结论]姜油树脂凝胶剂稳定性良好,该处方合理可用。

Abstract:
[Objective] This work develops a stable prescription of ginger oleoresin gel which is suitable for clinical application according to its physical-chemistry characteristics. [Methods] Orthogonal experimental design was used to investigate the influence of carbomer-940 dosage, glycerol and tween-80 concentrations to appearance and stability of ginger oleoresin. [Results] Optimized combination for the prescription of ginger oleoresin gel was carbomer-940 (1 g/100 mL), glycerol (5%) and tween-80 (3%). Such preparation had uniform texture, moderate viscosity and good malleability. Under centrifugation (4000 r/min, 60 min), It was stable with no stratification phenomenon. Its appearance and malleability at room temperature did not change for 3 months. [Conclusion] The ginger oleoresin gel described in the present study has good stability and the formulation is rational and practicable.
