[目的]探讨膀胱注气法多层CT三维成像在膀胱肿瘤诊断中的临床价值。[方法]本组36例,共58枚肿瘤,自导尿管膀胱内注入过滤空气,应用GE公司16排CT扫描仪行仰、俯卧位膀胱区扫描后,图像行仿真膀胱镜的三维重建。并与膀胱镜及手术结果对照。[结果]36例CT检查均成功,无明显不良反应。CT轴位图像检出肿瘤50枚,检出率86.2%(50/58)三维重建检出肿瘤52枚,检出率89.6%(52/58)。检出肿瘤的位置及浸润程度均与术中所见相符。6枚肿瘤未检出。[结论]膀胱注气法多层CT三维成像可有效地诊断膀胱肿瘤,对于有尿道狭窄及膀胱出血致膀胱镜检失败者,不失为一种良好的替代方法。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To investigate the feasibility and clinical value of Three-dimension Reconstruction with Multiple Detector-row Spiral CT by vesical insufflations in the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma. [Methods] Thirty-six patients with fifty-eight tumors underwent volume scanning using helical CT. Three-dimension virtual cystoscopy (CTVC) images were generated from volumetric data. All cases were confirmed with the diagnosis of cystoscopy and operation. [Results] Fifty tumors were detected with axial images and detectable rate was 86.2% (50/58). The rate of the CTVC was 89.6%(52/58) with false negative of six tumors. [Conclusion] CTVC has proved to be a non-invasive and reliable method in the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma, especially for the cases that failed to be examined with cystoscopy. |
