MMP-2和MMP-9在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要:
[目的] 探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP-2和MMP-9在乳腺癌中表达及与淋巴结转移的关系。[方法] 应用免疫组化SP方法检测乳腺癌组织88例(淋巴结转移54例,无淋巴结转移34例)和53例乳腺良性病变组织中MMP-2和MMP-9表达水平。[结果] MMP-2和MMP-9在88例乳腺癌组织中,阳性表达率分别为78.4% (69/88)和61.4% (54/88),在乳腺良性病变组织中的阳性表达率分别为39.6%(21/53)和28.3%(15/53),两者比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);淋巴结转移组MMP-2和MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为90.7%(49/54)和74.1%(40/54),明显高于无淋巴结转移组的58.8%(20/34)和50.0%(17/34)(P<0.01)。[结论] MMP-2和MMP-9的表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移密切相关,可作为判断乳腺癌转移和预后的指标。

Abstract:
[Objecitve] To investigate the expression and prognostic significance of matrix metaloporteinase 2 (MMP-2) and matrix metaloporteinase 9 (MMP-9) in the breast cancer. [Method] MMP-2 and MMP-9 were detected by SP immunchistochemical technique in 88 patients with breast cancer including 54 cases with lymphnode metastasis and 34 cases without and 53 cases of breast benign disease. [Results] The expression rates of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were 78.4%(69/88) and 61.4% (54/88) in the breast cancers were significantly higher than those in breast benign disease which being 39.6%(21/53) and 28.3% (15/53)(P<0.01). In addition,compared with expression rate of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were 58.8%(20/34) and 50.0%(17/34),in case without lymphnode metastasis, the expression rates being 90.7%(49/54) and 74.1%(40/54) in those with lymphnode metastasis were increasing (P<0.01).[Conclusion] The expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 closely correlated to lymphnode metastasis, and act as prognostic markers for patients with breast cancer.
