[目的] 探讨当归多糖激发免疫反应的特点。[方法] 分别给予昆明种小鼠当归多糖、可溶性淀粉多糖和伤寒多糖抗原刺激,检测小鼠血清中的相应抗体及交叉抗体。[结果] 多糖抗原均能刺激机体产生相应的IgG类抗体(当归多糖A值0.210±0.059,淀粉多糖0.809±0.423,伤寒多糖1.052±0.506)与对照相比均具有统计学意义(P<0.001);也能在一定程度上激发非特异性IgG 类抗体既交叉抗体的产生(当归多糖免疫血清与乙型肝炎表面抗原产生交叉反应0.070±0.010),与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.001);但不激发病理性抗体产生(RF阴性)。[结论] 当归多糖激发免疫反应与其他多糖可能有共同的途径和机制。 |

[Objective] This study explores the features of immune response activated by Angelica polysaccharides. [Methods] The KM mice were immuned with Angelica polysaccharides, starch polysaccharides and Bacillus typhi polysaccharides respectively. Then the corresponding antibody and cross-reactive antibodies in the serum of the mice were detected. [Results] Specific and nonspecific IgG was produced after the polysaccharide immunizations, (A of Angelica polysaccharides is 0.210±0.059,starch polysaccharides 0.089±0.423,Bacillus typhi polysaccharides 1.05±0.506,P<0.001) but pathological antibodies could not be prompted. [Conclusion] It may be identical mechanism for Angelica polysaccharides and other polysaccharides to stimulate immune system to response. |
