巨噬细胞集落刺激因子对破骨细胞生物作用的研究进展

摘要:
巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)是一种具有谱系特异性的细胞因子,是目前临床上应用最广泛的细胞因子之一。M-CSF可诱导破骨细胞分化增殖,维持其活性,并可抑制破骨细胞凋亡。其在治疗骨骼石化症及体外诱导破骨细胞分化等方面也有广泛引用。本文着重概述了M-CSF对破骨细胞的生物作用。

Abstract:
Macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF), a lineage-specific cytokine, is one of the most comprehensive factors for clinical use. M-CSF can induce human osteoclast formation and stimulate them to differentiate and survive. It also can inhibit the apoptosis of osteoclasts. M-CSF is also widely used in the treatment of osteopetrosis and osteoclasts culture in vitro. This article reviews the current progress of the biological role of M-CSF on the activity of osteoclasts.
