摘要:

［目的］探讨组胺H₁ 受体拮抗剂局部应用治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。［方法］对150例确诊为变应性鼻炎患者的临床资料进行统计分析，其中应用组胺H₁ 受体拮抗剂盐酸氮卓斯汀75例，采用口服及外用，治疗2个疗程；应用扑尔敏口服75例，外用1%麻黄素地塞米松外用滴鼻，疗程同治疗组，观察疗效有无显著差异。［结果］盐酸氮卓斯汀治疗组总有效率96.00%，对照组有效率81.33%，两组之间差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。 ［结论］盐酸氮卓斯汀是一种高效组胺H1 受体拮抗剂，具有疗效高，副作用小，使用方便等优点，是治疗变应性鼻炎的有效药物。

Abstract:

［Objective］ This is to explore the effect of histamine H1 receptor antagonist on the treatment of allergic rhinitis. ［Methods］ One hundred fifty patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into two groups with 75 cases in treatment group and another 75 in control group. The treatment group was given both oral azelastine hydrochloride and sprays of azelastine hydrochloride simultaneously for two courses. The control group was administered with chlorpheniramine and drops containing 1% ephedrine hydrochloride mixed with dexamethasone for the same period of courses. ［Results］ The effective rates were 96.00% in the treatment group and 81.33% in the control group respectively (P<0.05). ［Conclusion］ Azelastine hydrochloride, a high-effective histamine H1 receptor antagonist, is more effective clinically in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with fewer side effects.
