[目的]探讨用CT征象反映鼻咽癌分子生物学变化,推测其生物学特性的可能性。[方法]鼻咽癌患者24例,均行螺旋CT扫描。收集CT征象采用免疫组织化学方法检测鼻咽部肿瘤细胞增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)蛋白表达,并分析CT征象与其蛋白表达的相应关系。[结果] PCNA蛋白阳性表达率在鼻咽腔单侧壁肿块组与多侧壁肿块组分别为66.67%与100.00%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);在茎突旁软组织肿块组与无茎突旁软组织肿块组分别为100.00%与16.67%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);侵及后鼻孔组与无侵及后鼻孔组分别为92.31%与63.64%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。侵及口咽部组与无侵及口咽部组分别为93.33%与55.56%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。在颅底骨质破坏组与无颅底骨质破坏组,PCNA蛋白阳性表达率分别为80.00%与78.57%,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);颈部淋巴结转移组与无颈部淋巴结转移组分别为100.00%与37.50%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]CT征象可以反映鼻咽癌的蛋白分子表达情况,提示肿瘤增长速度快,恶性度高,预后不良。 |

[Objective]Exploring the relationship between CT features and expressions of PCNA(proliferation cell nuclear antigen)in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. [Methods]The protein expressions of PCNA were examined by immunohistochemistry in 24 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with CT scanning, then the relationship between the expressions of PCNA and CT features was analyzed. [Results]The positive expression rates of PCNA were 66.67% and 100.00% in the single lateral wall and the multiple lateral wall of nasopharynx (P<0.05), were 100.00% and 16.67% in the soft-tissue medial to the styloid process and without (P<0.05), were 92.31% and 63.64% in posterior naris involved and without (P<0.05), were 93.33% and 55.56% in lower pharyngeal involved and without (P<0.05), were 80.00% and 78.57% in bone destruction of skull base and without (P>0.05), were 100.00% and 37.50% in lymph node metastasis in neck and without (P<0.05). [Conclusions]The CT features are correlated to the high expression of PCNA, which predicts that the features can reflect quick speed of growth of carcinoma ,high malignancy and bad prognosis. |
