Abstract: |
[Objective]Through comparing the chemosensitivities of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) to anti-cancer agents to find an reasonable drug strategy for chemotherapy and instruct the chemotherapies of different types of lung cancer.[Methods]Through in vitro assay (MTT) of sensitivities, 35 cases of NSCLC tumors (23 cases of adenocarcinoma and 12 cases of squamous carcinoma) were evaluated by 9 chemotherapeutic agents- DDP, CBP, VP-16, ADM, VCR, CTX, PTX, NVB, TPT, then the results were compared.[Results]The high response rates of NSCLC to PTX, TPT, ADM, CBP, NVB were 51.43%, 42.86%, 40.00%, 37.14%, 31.4% separately, which indicates that lung cancer was chemosensitive to those agents. The response rates of other three agents-DDP, VCR, VP-16 were less than 30%, which indicates that the therapeutic effects are bad. Whereas the high response rate of CTX was 0.00%, which indicates that NSCLC was not sensitive to CTX.[Conclusion]Although the responses of different chemotherapeutic agents are common to a certain extent, the differences among them still exist. Different types of NSCLC also show diverse chemosensitivities to anti-cancer agents. |
