釉质龋病变过程中及氟化物防龋时离子交换的研究进展

摘要:
龋病的发展是一个复杂、动态的过程,脱矿与再矿化常常同时或者交替发生,龋病的脱矿与再矿化过程是离子不断进行交换的结果。而牙釉质覆盖在牙冠的表面,牙釉质龋是最早发生也是最常见的龋病。本文对釉质龋病变过程中及氟化物防龋时的离子交换进行综述。

Abstract:
The development of the dental caries is a complicated and dynamic process. Demineralization and remineralization happen simultaneously or alternately. The process of the dental caries of demineralization and remineralization is caused by ion exchanging continuously. The dental enamel covers with the tooth surface. The enamel caries generates firstly, and it is also the most common one. This text mainly generalizes about the ion exchange of the enamel caries progress and fluoride prevention and cure.
