平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗舌下腺囊肿327例的临床体会

摘要:

［目的］探讨平阳霉素、地塞米松治疗舌下腺囊肿的临床应用价值。［方法］收集1998年11月~2007年10月经B超指引下穿刺注入平阳霉素加地塞米松治疗舌下腺囊肿327例。［结果］经近2年随访，治愈301例（92.05%），基本治愈18例（5.5%），有效8例（2.45%）。治愈和基本治愈率为（97.55%），有效率为100%。［结论］B超指引注入平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗舌下腺囊肿，具有疗效高，毒副作用小，操作简单易行等优点，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

［Objective］To evaluate the effect of combined Pinyangmycin and Dexamethasone Injection to treat sublingual cyst.［Methods］The medical records of 327 patients with sublingual cyst between November 1998 and October 2007 were reviewed. Pinyangmycin and Dexamethasone were combined and injected into the cyst of the sublingualgland with the B sonograph.［Results］327 patients were followed up for one year or so. The cure and elementary cure rates were 97.55%, and the total effective rate was 100%.［Conclusions］The method is a safe, simple and effective therapy to sublingual cyst with the B sonograph.
