| ［目的］ 考察头孢噻肟钠皮试液的稳定性。［方法］采用经典恒温实验法，考察不同时间及不同温度4℃，25℃，35℃头孢噻肟钠的pH值，并用高效液相色谱仪测定头孢噻肟钠的含量。［结果］头孢噻肟钠皮试液4℃时有效期(t0.9)为14 h，pH为4.88，25℃其有效期为(t0.9)4 h，pH值为4.72，其pH值在4 h内保持在稳定范围内。［结论］本品热稳定性较差，4℃恒温保存不宜超过14 h，室温避光不宜超过4 h。 |

| ［Objective］Inspection the stability Cefotaxime sodium in sodium chloride injection.［Methods］Uses the classical constant temperature method ,and inspects the pH value of sodium chloride injection, and uses the highly effective liquid phase chromatograph instrumental measurement to test the content of Cefotaxime sodium. ［Results］The Cefotaxime sodium solusion 4℃ time term of validity (t0.9) is 14 h, the pH is 4.88, 25℃ its term of validity are (t0.9) 4 h, the pH is 4.72.［Conclusion］This thermostability is worse, 4℃ constant temperatures preservation not suitably surpass the 14 h room temperature evade the light not suitably surpassed 4 hours. |
