外伤性上前牙折裂的螺纹桩-粘结固定修复

摘要:

［目的］ 缩短外伤性上前牙折裂修复的疗程，减轻患者肌体和心理的痛苦，减少患者经济负担，避免由常规桩、核、冠人工修复体在后期产生的并发症。［方法］采用螺纹根管桩在经一次性根充后的折裂上前牙牙冠的唇腭侧向根方形成桩道，以螺纹桩加粘接剂惯穿折裂牙冠和牙根断面将其固定成为一体。［结果］9例患者，14棵外伤性上前牙折裂经螺纹桩-粘结固定修复后2～3年追踪观察，患者自觉良好，咀嚼正常。检查折裂修复牙牙龈牙周情况正常，无叩痛，折裂牙冠固定良好，断接裂缝隐匿效果好。X片显示根尖均无暗影，牙周组织结构正常。［结论］螺纹桩-粘结固定修复外伤性上前牙折裂是一种省时、经济、符合生理而实用的方法。

Abstract:

［Objective］To shorten the course of reparation supra-odontoclasis,lessen patient’s suffering of body and psychology,economic burden,to avoid complication of dowel,core,crown dental prosthetic restoration latterly.［Methods］To form dowel canal of cheek-lingua direction at carnassial tooth with root canal filling,combine crown of tooth and root into a whole with spiral marking dowel and splicing agent.［Results］Nine patients ,fourteen anterior teeth of odontoclasis have been observed for 2～3 years by spiral marking dowel-gluing fixing reparation,the patients feel well, masticating function is normal.Eamination:gum is normal,without sensitive to percussion,dental crown is stable,joint of crevice is concealment.Ray-x:unshadowed at root tip, periodontium is normal.［Conclusions］Spiral marking dowel-gluing fixing reparation is a method of saving time,money,consistent with physiological function and utility for anterior teeth with odontoclasis of trauma.
