[目的]探讨低强度激光照射对正畸牙移动的影响。[方法] 采用低强度激光对20例对称拔除第一前磨牙的病例在尖牙向远中移动的过程中进行照射,1次/周,20 min/次,共照射4次,右侧为实验侧,左侧为对照侧。在尖牙移动后7、14、21和28 d时,在石膏模型上测量尖牙远中移动的距离,并进行统计学的分析。[结果]实验侧尖牙远中移动的距离均大于对照侧,经过 t 检验,第7、14、21、28天,P值均<0.01,与对照侧尖牙远中移动的距离相比,差异具有显著性意义。[结论]低强度激光照射能有效的加速正畸牙齿的移动,缩短正畸治疗的疗程。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective]To study the effects of low energy laser irradiation on orthodontic tooth movement.[Methods]The upper right canines were irradiated by low energy laser in 20 malocclusion patients,20 min/week for 4 weeks. The left side was served as control. The distance of canine movement was measured on the model using the vernier caliper on 7th,14 th,21st and 28th day, respectively. All values were statistically analyzed.[Results]The tooth movement of the experiment group was greater than that of the control group (P<0.01).[Conclusion]Low energy laser can effectively accelerate orthodontic tooth movement and shorten the course of treatment. |
