摘要:

［目的］探讨多层螺旋CT在泌尿系肿瘤术前一站式检查中的应用价值。［方法］23例泌尿系肿瘤患者，行多层螺旋CT检查，平扫和三期增强扫描，三期增强扫描分别重建层厚2 mm，层间距1 mm，进行图像重组肾动脉成像、肾静脉成像、尿路成像。［结果］ 所有患者均得到满意的肾动脉、肾静脉及尿路图像，图像诊断与病例的手术病理结果符合。［结论］多层螺旋CT一次扫描可以得到动脉、静脉、尿路三维立体图像，可以全面快速完成泌尿系肿瘤的术前检查，且诊断符合率高。

Abstract:

［Objective］To evaluate the value of MSCT in the urinary tract tumour.［Methods］Plain CT scan and contrast enhancement scan were performed in 23 patients, then the images were recombined renal arteriography，renal venography and uragraphy.［Results］All patients had the renal artery，renal vein and urinary images. The images diagnosis were identical with the pathological diagnosis.［Conclusion］MSCT scan can obtain the 3 dimensional images including artery，vein and urine. MSCT scan can provide the quick and exact diagnosis in the urinary tract tumour.
