速感宁胶囊抗炎作用的实验研究

摘要:

［目的］通过实验研究速感宁胶囊的抗炎作用，为临床提供有效的药效学依据。［方法］速感宁胶囊分为低、中、高3个剂量组，阳性对照组给予抗感解毒冲剂，模型对照组给予等容积蒸馏水。采用蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿胀法以及二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀法观察速感宁胶囊的抗炎作用。［结果］在对蛋清所致的大鼠足肿胀的实验中，速感宁胶囊组5 h后小鼠足肿胀程度高中低剂量分别为（0.27±0.17）、（0.19±0.13）、（0.18±0.13）mL，与模型对照组（0.34±0.19）mL相比差异有显著性意义。在二甲苯所至的耳肿胀程度的实验中，速感宁胶囊组高中低剂量组耳肿胀程度分别为（0.0075±0.0046）、（0.0069±0.0045）、（0.0063±0.0028）mg，与模型对照组（0.0436±0.0065）mg相比差异有显著性意义，速感宁胶囊能抑制蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿胀法以及二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀法所致的炎症反应（P＜0.05）。［结论］速感宁胶囊具有明显的抗炎作用。

Abstract:

［Objective］To determine the anti-inflammation effect of Suganning Capsules. Providing the evidence for clinic.［Methods］The three experimental groups were administrated with Suganning Capsules of low,medium and high dosages,while the positive groups were given Kangganjiedu powder,and the control group fed with distilled water.By the rat Voix pedis Swelling experiment and Mice Ear Swelling experiment to observe the anti-flammation effects of Suganning Capsules.［Results］In the rat Voix pedis Swelling Experiment,after applicating Suganning Capsules 5 hours.The swelling degree in the high dose is （0.27±0.17）mL,in the medium dose is （0.19±0.13）mL,in the low dose is （0.18±0.13）mL, which have significant distinction contrasting with model contrast group of （0.34±0.19）mL. In mice ear Swelling experiment, the swelling degree in the high dose is （0.0075±0.0046）mg, in the medium dose is （0.0069±0.0045）mg, in the low dose is （0.0063±0.0028）mg, which have significant distinction contrasting with model contrast group of （0.0436±0.0065）mg. The Suganing capsules can restrain the inflammation of rat Voix pedis Swelling and Mice Ear Swelling(P＜0.05).［Conclusion］Suganning Capsules have distinct anti-flammation action.
