HOXA11和ER、PR在输卵管及异位妊娠输卵管黏膜上皮中的表达

摘要:
[目的]探讨HOXA11在异位妊娠输卵管中的作用,以及与ER、PR的关系。[方法]采用免疫组化方法检测34例正常输卵管和36例异位妊娠输卵管黏膜上皮中HOXA11和ER、PR的表达。[结果]OXA11在异位妊娠输卵管黏膜上皮中表达最高,在正常增生期和分泌期输卵管黏膜上皮中表达明显下降(P<0.05);ER、PR在正常增生期和分泌期输卵管黏膜上皮中表达较高,在异位妊娠输卵管黏膜上皮中表达明显下降(P<0.05)。 [结论]HOXA11在输卵管黏膜上皮中表达增强和ER、PR表达下降可能与输卵管异位妊娠相关;在正常分泌期输卵管黏膜上皮中,HOXA11表达下调和ER、PR表达水平上调可能起着屏障作用,防止输卵管着床的发生。

Abstract:
[Objective]To investigate the expression of HOXA11,estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in human fallopian tube and ectopic pregnant fallopian.[Methods]The expression of HOXA11 and steroid receptor proteins were detected in 36 samples ectopic pregnant fallopian and 34 samples of normal oviduct by immunohistochenmistry.[Results]HOXA11 expression was noted in epithelial cells of ectopic pregnant fallopian tube, but the intensity of staining in normal oviduct was less. The expression level of ER and PR was higher in normal oviduct. There was a significant decrease in ER and PR concentration in ectopic pregnant fallopian tube.[Conclusions]It is postulated that increase in HOXA11 expression and decrease in ER and PR expression are correlated to the fallopian pregnancy. It is possible that during secretory phase, down-regulated expression of HOXA11 gene and up-regulated expression of ER and PR in normal fallopian tube act as a barrier and avoid the tubal pregnancy.
