| ［目的］ 通过对肾活检组织进行电镜观察，探讨电镜在肾活检中的作用。［方法］对165例肾活检组织进行研究，把电镜诊断结果与光镜和免疫荧光结果进行比较。［结果］在肾活检诊断过程中，27.88%必须有电镜结果才能做出正确诊断，22.43%需要做电镜加以证实。［结论］在肾活检病理诊断中电镜诊断是必不可少的诊断方法，没有电镜诊断结果的肾活检诊断是不完善的。 |

| Abstract: |
| ［Objective］To discuss the use of electron microscopy(EM) in pathology diagnosisof renal biopsies by observation of light microscopy(LM), immuno-fluorescence(IF) and electron microscopy.［Methods］One hundred and sixty-five cases of renal biopsy were studied, we compared the diagnosis by LM and IF with EM.［Results］The diagnosis of EM acts as a very important effect,most of final diagnosis depended on EM(112 cases ,70.89%).［Conclusions］The diagnosis of EM is absolutely necessarily,and it is not consummate without the diagnosis of EM in renal biopsies. |
