摘要:

［目的］比较LASIK手术后厚、薄角膜瓣的视功能差异。［方法］收集行LASIK手术的患者46例（90只眼），其中薄瓣组（A组）24例（46只眼），厚瓣组（B组）22例（44只眼）。年龄18~38岁。屈光度为-1.50DS~-10.0DS。术前、术后均进行视力、屈光、波前相差、对比敏感度等视功能的检查。［结果］①术后1~6个月两组屈光度数差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)；②波阵面像差:两组之间在Z₃^-3 、Z₃^-1 、Z₃¹ 、Z₃³ 、Z₄⁰ 、RMS3 、RMS4、RMS5、RMS6、RMSh方面差异没有显著性意义(P>0.05)；③对比敏感度，两组之间差异无显著性意义（P>0.05）。［结论］屈光手术可以增加眼部的像差。但是，薄角膜瓣、厚角膜瓣组波阵面像差(Z₃^-3 、Z₃^-1 、Z₃¹ 、Z₃³ 、Z₄⁰ 、RMS3 、RMS4 、RMS5、RMS6、RMSh)差异没有显著性意义。两组的视功能无明显差异。

Abstract:

［Objective］To compare visual function between thick and thin cornea flap after LASIK .［Methods］Forty-six cases (90 eyes) who had received LASIK were divided into the thin cornea flap group (46 eyes of 24 patients , group A)and the thick cornea flap group (44 eyes of 22 patients , group B). The age was ranging from 18 to 38 years old .The diopter was -1.50DS~-10.0DS.Inspection items included visual acuity (VA), refraction, wave-front analysis, contrast sensitivity during pre-and post-lasik1-6months.［Results］①. There was no difference for the refraction between the two groups after post-lasik 1-6 months ( P > 0.05).②Wave-front analysis :There was no difference between two groups in 、 Z₃^-3 、Z₃^-1 、Z₃¹ 、Z₃³ 、Z₄⁰ 、RMS3 、RMS4 、RMS5、RMS6、RMSh(P>0.05) .③ Contrast sensitivity :There was also no difference between two groups(P>0.05). Post-lasik one month:WOG: 72.9518(group A); 68.9412(group B) (P>0.05). WG: 125.51(group A); 107.2567 (group B) (P>0.05). RED TEST : 125.1234(group A); 107.2567(group B) (P>0.05). READAPTION: 3.7667(group A); 4.2417 (group B) (P>0.05). Post-lasik 3-6month :WOG: 80.6573(group A); 69.8356(group B) (P>0.05).WG: 98.6176(group A); 96.2511(group B) (P>0.05).RED TEST: 150.6731(group A); 148.369(group B) (P>0.05).READAPTION: 4.1667(group A); 5.1258 (group B) (P>0.05).［Conclusions］LASIK can increase ocular aberrations .But there is no significant difference between thin and thick cornea flap group in Z₃^-3 、Z₃^-1 、Z₃¹ 、Z₃³ 、Z₄⁰ ，RMS3，RMS4，RMS5，RMS6，RMSh. Laisk with thin and thick cornea is safe and reliable.
