| ［目的］评价吉非替尼对非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响。［方法］ 对47例应用吉非替尼的非小细胞肺癌患者治疗前后生活质量进行统计学分析，生活质量评分采用1990年版肿瘤病人生活质量(QOL)评分。［结果］ 用药后与用药前比较，在吉非替尼用药后临床获益的非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量评估中各项均有改善（P﹤0.05）,但对于用药后评价为PD的病人生活质量恶化(P﹥0.05)。［结论］在用药有效组吉非替尼可明显改善非小细胞肺癌病人的生活质量。 |

| ［Objective］Appraises gefitinib to the non-small cell lung cancer patient quality of life influence.［Methods］Applies gefitinib around to 47 examples before and after treatment the quality of life for non-small cell lung patients to carry on statistics analysis, The quality of life graded uses in 1990 the version tumor patient quality of life (QOL) to grade.［Results］There was no doubt that quality of life in patients with non-small cell lung cancer was improved by Gefitinib. On analyze of cohort, In the non-small cell lung cancer patient quality of life which clinical obtains benefits after the medicine appraised each item has the improvement（P<0.05）, but after uses the medicine the appraisal is the PD patient quality of life worsening(P>0.05).［Conclusions］Gefitinib may obviously improve the non-small cell lung cancer patient's quality of life. |
