| ［目的］探讨在可摘局部义齿及全口义齿中应用下颌第三磨牙的作用。［方法］ 选取临床下颌第三磨牙20例应用于义齿修复，两年后观察疗效。［结果］应用下颌第三磨牙的可摘局部义齿及全口义齿固位、稳定、支持效果良好，患者咀嚼功能恢复佳。［结论］保留下颌第三磨牙，将会对义齿起到良好的固位、支持、稳定的作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| ［Objective］To study the effect of the third molar in mandible in removable partial denture and complete denture.［Methods］Twenty cases of the third molar in mandible were applied in removable partial denture and complete denture. Curative effect was observed after 2 years.［Results］The retention, stability and sustainability of denture with the third molar were good. Function of mastication were fine.［Conclusions］The third molar in mandible has effect of retention, stability and sustainability in denture. |
