摘要:

［目的］总结原发性腹膜后肿瘤的外科诊治经验。［方法］ 回顾性分析1997~2005年大连医科大学第一临床学院外科收治54例腹膜后恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料。［结果］手术43例，共手术48例次。其中完整切除29例次，姑息切除14例次，剖腹探查加活检术5例次。联合脏器切除21例。无手术死亡，院内死亡8例。未手术11例。［结论］准确的术前评估，确切的影像学诊断，良好的手术技能是提高切除改善预后的关键。

Abstract:

［Objective］To analyze the experience of the diagnosis and therapy of the malignant primary retroperitoneal tumors.［Methods］Analyze the clinical data of 54 cases malignant primary retroperitoneal tumor patients from 1997 to 2005.［Results］Forty-three cases were performed surgical interventions in 48 operations; radical resections were performed in 29 operations, palliative resections in 14 operations, open exploration and biopsy in 5 operations. 21 cases were performed combined organ resections. No death cases were reported directly related to the operations, 8 cases died in admission. 11 cases were not suitable to the surgical interventions.［Conclusions］Correct evaluations of patient condition before the operations, accurate radiological diagnosis and radical resections improved the prognosis of the malignant primary retroperitoneal tumor patients.
