| ［目的］ 探讨上皮性细胞黏附分子在人卵巢浆液性囊腺癌高、低转移细胞株HO-8910和HO-8910PM的表达情况。［方法］采用蛋白印迹及免疫细胞化学方法检测2种细胞株的E-cadherin蛋白表达差异，用RT-PCR法检测2种细胞株的mRNA表达差异，用PCR及基因测序法检测基因突变情况。［结果］E-cad蛋白及mRNA在HO-8910中表达，在HO-8910PM中不表达。在E-cadherin基因外显子6～9未发现突变。［结论］E-cad的表达可能与肿瘤的转移能力负相关。 |

| ［Objective］To investigate the different expressions of E-cadherin in high and low metastatic human ovary serous cystadenocarcin-oma cells.［Methods］The protein expressions of E-cadherin were detected by western blotting and immunocytochemistry. The mRNA expressions were detected by RT-PCR. The mutations of the gene were detected by PCR and gene sequencing.［Results］The protein and mRNA of E-cadherin were detected in HO-8910, but were not detected in HO-8910PM. The mutations existing in exon 6～9 of E-cadherin were not detected.［Conclusions］The expression of E-cadherin may be negatively related to metastasis of the tumor. |
