针刺治疗围绝经期综合征的临床观察

摘要:

［目的］观察针刺治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效。［方法］将70例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为针刺组和对照组各35例。对照组予尼尔雌醇1 mg/d口服，针刺组予针刺治疗，取肾俞、肝俞、肺俞、脾俞、心俞、百会、四神聪、神门、内关、足三里、三阴交、太冲等穴，治疗4周后观察治疗前后Kupperman评分及临床疗效。［结果］治疗组治疗前后Kupperman评分分别为35.45±5.86和7.83±3.87，对照组分别为36.57±6.16和16.22±5.11，两组治疗前后自身比较均有显著改善（P＜0.01）；治疗后的Kupperman评分以治疗组为佳（P＜0.01）。临床疗效观察显示治疗组总有效率为91.4%，对照组为68.6%，治疗组疗效尤佳（P＜0.05）。［结论］针刺治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效较好。

Abstract:

［Objective］To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment on perimenopausal syndrome.［Methods］Seventy cases of perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups. Thirty-five cases in the control group were treated with oral administration of Nilestriol. The others in the therapy group were treated with acupuncture . Shenshu(BL23), Ganshu(BL18), Feishu(BL13), Pishu(BL20), Xinshu(BL15), Baihui(DU20), Sishencong(EX-HN1), Shenmen(HT7), Neiguan(PC6), Zusanli(ST36), Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Taichong(LR3) were selected in the treatment group.［Results］The grades of Kupperma in the therapy group were 35.45±5.86 before treatment and 7.83±3.87 after treatment, in the control group were 36.57±6.16 before treatment and 16.22±5.11 after treatment. The grades of Kupperma were improved in the two groups(P＜0.01).The curative effect were 91.4% in the therapy group, and 68.6% in the control group.It’s much better in tne therapy group(P＜0.05).［Conclusions］The acupuncture treatment has a good effect on perimenopausal syndrome.
