| 摘要: |
| ［目的］探讨肾盂输尿管连接部(UPJ)狭窄的手术治疗方法。［方法］ 对33例离断式肾盂成形术(Anderson—Hynes'术)患者的围手术期的各种临床指标和疗效进行回顾性分析。［结果］所有患者均一次性手术成功，其中3O例随访6个月～5年，平均2年8个月，肾积水明显改善27例(90％)，肾积水改善不明显2例，肾积水加重1例。［结论］离断式肾盂成形术是治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄的首选术式。 |

| Abstract: |
| ［Objective］To evaluate the surgical management of uretropelvic junction (UPJ) stricture．［Methods］Data of 33 cases of Anderson-Hynes dismembered pyeloplasty were reviewed retrospectively．［Results］All cases obtained satisfactory outcomes after the surgery，30 of 33 cases had been followed-up for 6 months to 5 years，hydronephmsis was significant improved in 27 cases(90％)．［Conclusions］Dismembered pyeloplasty procedure is the first choice for uretropelvic junction stricture． |
