[目的]探讨错配修复基因hMSH2和DNA修复酶MGMT异常表达在胃癌发病中的意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法检测40例胃癌组织和38例胃炎组织hMSH2和MGMT蛋白的表达情况。[结果]胃癌组的hMSH2蛋白阳性表达率为75.0%(30/40),显著高于胃炎组的28.9%(11/38) (P<0.05);胃癌组的MGMT蛋白阳性表达率为20.0%(8/40),显著低于胃炎组的65.8 %(25/38) (P<0.05)。胃癌及胃炎两组中hMSH2蛋白和MGMT蛋白表达均正相关(P<0.05)。[结论]胃癌的发生可能与错配修复基因hMSH2和DNA修复酶MGMT的功能下降有关。 |

[Objective]To detect the significance of gene product abnormal expressions of hMSH2 and MGMT in gastric carcinogenesis.[Methods]Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect hMSH2 and MGMT protein expressions in 40 cases of gastric carcinomas and 38 cases of gastritis.[Results]The positive rate of hMSH2 in gastric carcinoma being 75.0%(30/40) was significantly higher than that in gastritis being 28.9 %(11/38) (P<0.05). The positive rate of MGMT in gastric carcinoma being 20.0 %(8/40) was significantly lower than that in gastritis being 65.8 %(25/38) (P<0.05). There was significantly positive correlation between the expressions of hMSH2 and MGMT proteins in both gastric carcinoma and gastritis groups. [Conclusions]The functional degression of hMSH2 and MGMT proteins may play some roles in the gastric carcinogenesis. |
