| 近年来，胚胎干细胞(ES细胞)因其自身的许多特性成为生命科学的研究重点。ES细胞能够自我更新和多向分化的生物学特性，具有重要的医学价值，在基因治疗、组织工程学、药学研究等许多领域都具有广泛的应用。本文就ES细胞的生物学特性、培养因素及主要研究领域的最新进展、研究存在的问题作一概述。 |

| In recent years, because of its many characteristics embryonic stem cells( cell of ES) become the research important of the life science. The cells of ES can renew by themselves and have the biology characteristic of differentiation, have the important medical science value, many realms of gene treatment, organization engineering, pharmacy research etc. have the extensive application. This text make to generalize about the biology characteristic of the cell of ES, the latest developing progress of the factor and main research realm and studying the existent problem. |
