| ［目的］探讨经尿道输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的价值。［方法］ 采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石19例，其中5例曾行体外冲击波碎石(ＥＳＷＬ)碎石失败。［结果］本组19例输尿管结石，17例成功碎石或取出，成功率89.5%，其中上段结石成功率83.3%(5/6)，中段为75%(3/4)，下段100％(9/9)。［结论］输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术疗效确切 ,创伤小 ,安全性高。 |

| ［Objective］To explore the evalue of pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the treatment of up-urinary tract stones.［Methods］Ureteroscopic pneumatic impactor lithotripsy was used in 19 ureteral calculi，of 5 cases treated by ESWL before and failure.［Results］17 of 19 cases were treated successfully by ballistic lithotripsy with the cure rate of 89.5% (83.3% in upper ureter,75% in middle ureter, 100% in lower ureter).［Conclusions］Pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope is safe, effective and minimally invasie. |
