通心络胶囊治疗冠心病无症状心肌缺血

摘要:

［目的］观察通心络胶囊对冠心病无症状心肌缺血的临床疗效。［方法］ 将80例无症状心肌缺血病人随机分为常规治疗组40例和通心络组40例。常规治疗组给予常规冠心病药物治疗，通心络组在常规治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊每次3粒，3次/d，共治疗4周。观察治疗前后24 h动态心电图心肌缺血发作次数、缺血持续总时间、缺血总负荷及临床不良反应。［结果］通心络组治疗前缺血发作次数24 h内(6.64±1.43)次、缺血持续总时间（38.44±14.01）min、缺血总负荷(50.62±20.30)mm·min,明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05); 通心络组治疗后缺血发作次数、缺血持续总时间、缺血总负荷明显低于治疗前（P<0.01）。［结论］通心络胶囊治疗冠心病无症状心肌缺血病人安全、有效。对常规治疗有协同作用。

Abstract:

［Objective］Observe the treatment effect of tongxinluo capsule to silent myocardial ischemia.［Methods］Divide 80 patients into two groups, 40 examples were given conventional coronary disease medicine, the other patients were added in the conventional medicine with tongxinluo capsule 3 grains each time , 3 times/d, for 4 weeks.Observe the times,last time and clinical response of ischemic symptom by HRV.［Results］Frequency,total duration and burthen of ischemia in Tongxinluo group is lower than conventional treatment group(P<0.05),and after treatment ,The function in tongxinluo group is obviously improve(P<0.01).［Conclusions］Tongxinluo capsule is save and effective to silent myocardial ischemia patients.
