临床常见根管再治疗的原因和方法分析

摘要:

［目的］探讨临床常见根管再治疗的一般原因和方法。［方法］针对临床各种原因需要根管再治疗的142颗牙，去除原根管充填物及通畅根管，进行再治疗。［结果］成功去除原根管充填物及通畅根管120颗，22颗因出现侧穿、根管钙化无法扩通、器械折断而无法进一步治疗，维持现状或拔除。［结论］根管再治疗的成功与根管充填物、根管的形态及临床操作有关。对于需要根管再治疗的患牙，采取谨慎的临床操作，配合使用适当的药物、器械， 可以彻底去除原根管充填物及通畅根管，达到完善的根管再治疗的目的。

Abstract:

［Objective］To survey the cause and method of endodontic retreatments clinically.［Methods］The 142 retreatment cases for clinical factors ,were retreated by removal the root canal filling and negotiate the root canal.［Results］The root canals of 120 tooth were removed the filling and negotiated successfully, the 22 were failed.［Conclusions］Endodontic retreatments successful is related to the root canal filling and the shape of the canal, clinical operation.Adopting cautious operation , using proper drug and instrument,the root canal filling can be removed and negotiated. Endodontic retreatments can be perfect.
