胃癌合并糖尿病患者的围手术期治疗探讨

摘要:

［目的］探讨胃癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期的治疗。［方法］总结分析36例胃癌合并糖尿病患者的围手术期相关资料。［结果］36例患者均进行了限期手术，31例患者经控制血糖后施行胃癌根治术，5例采用姑息性切除手术，术中均顺利，术后出现各种并发症6例，无酮症酸中毒及死亡病例。最后均临床治愈。［结论］对于胃癌合并糖尿病患者，严格监测、控制血糖，完善妥当的处理有利于安全渡过围手术期。

Abstract:

［Objective］To discuss the perioperative treatment of the patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes.［Methods］Conclude and analyze the related information of the 36 cases on the patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus in the general surgery of our hospital.［Results］All of 36 cases were operated within limited time,31 cases of patients whose blood glucose had been controlled underwent gastric cancer operation,5 cases underwent tolerate nature operation,and the process of operation is without exception smooth,the morbidity of postoperative complications were 6 cases, and there was no cases of acid poisonousness and no died . Finally, all the patients were cured.［Conclusions］The patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes,it is very important for the patients who can go through perioperative stage to monitor and control blood glucose，appropriate management.
