摘要:

［目的］ 探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副反应。［方法］应用紫杉醇175 mg/m² 联合顺铂75 mg/m²方案治疗36例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,并观察疗效和副作用。［结果］总有效率达38.9％(14/36)，其中初治组有效率为41.2%(7/17)，复治组有效率为36.8％(7/19)。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、脱发、恶心呕吐及周围神经炎,但患者可耐受。［结论］紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好疗效，毒副反应可耐受。

Abstract:

［Objective］To evaluate the efficacy and side-effect of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in the treat of non-small cell lung cancer.［Methods］A total of 36 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were involved. Paclitaxel was given at a dose of 175mg/m²,followed by cisplatin at a dose of 75 mg/m².［Results］Total efficacy was 38.9％(14/36); the efficacy on the patients with the current cancer was 41.2%(7/17), and the efficacy on patients with recurrent was 36.8％(7/19). The main toxicities included myelo suppression, alopecia, nausea and vomiting, peripheral neuritis.［Conclusions］Paclitaxel with cisplatin is an effective regiment for advanced NSCLC.
