邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物,尤其是邻苯二甲酸(2-乙基已基)酯,作为塑料行业广泛使用的增塑剂和众多消费品生产的原料,人类可以通过食物、饮水、医疗诊治等多种途径持续不断的与之接触,其对环境的污染和生物体的潜在危害日益受到人们关注。本文以近年来国内外学者的研究资料为依据,详尽地阐述了邻苯二甲酸(2-乙基已基)酯的理化性质、环境暴露、生物转化代谢,遗传毒性及其可能机制等。尽管一些研究结论尚不确定,但这些资料对于进一步深入研究该类化合物的遗传毒性,探讨其毒作用敏感指标及毒作用机制具有重要的指导意义。 |

Phthalic acid esters (PAEs) are kind of potentially hazardous synthetic chemicals, which are widely used in plastics and other common consumer products. Di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) is the most abundant phthalate in the environment,exposed to human being through ingestion, inhalation and dermal exposure for whole lifetime, since the intrauterine life. In this paper, the research progress of possible mechanisms of DEHP on the exposure, metabolism, genotoxic effects was reviewed. Although some of the information is still unclear,the widespread prevalence of DEHP in humans, as demonstrated in recent biomonitoring studies, has drawn considerable interest from the public and regulatory agencies as well as renewed efforts to better understand the hazards that may be inherent in this compound. Future studies on the sensitive parameters and mechanism of it will be useful in the risk assessment of these phthalates. |
