摘要:

［目的］探讨煤矿井下爆炸性眼外伤的治疗方法。［方法］ 通过对116例（188眼）眼外伤受伤部位及受伤程度不同采取相应的处理方法：眼睑皮肤裂伤行清创缝合；浅表结角膜异物冲洗取出；前房出血行静卧及药物联合治疗；角巩膜裂伤行急诊手术修复；外伤障依晶体混浊程度而决定治疗方案；球内异物在确定异物的性质及准确定位后，尽早取出等。［结果］大部分患者视力有不同程度的改善。［结论］爆炸性眼外伤应根据其损害部位、性质、程度及范围采取不同的处理方法才能取得较好疗效。

Abstract:

［Objective］To investigate the therapy of explosive ocular trauma inside the coal mine.［Methods］A total of 116 patients (188 eyes) were treated separately based on the type and the grade of the trauma. The lacerations of the lids were surgically repaired; the foreign bodies on the conjunctiva surface were removed; patients with hyphema were placed at bed and treated with drugs; the lacerations of cornea and sclera were repaired in an emergency; the traumatic cataracts were treated separately based on the opacity of the lens; the intraocular foreign bodies were removed as soon as possible after been identified and localized.［Results］After different therapy, most of the patients obtain a progress of eye sight.［Conclusion］The ocular trauma inside of the coal mine should be treated based on the type, character, grade and the area of the trauma to receive a satisfaction effect.
