成人外伤性脑梗塞19例诊治报告

摘要:

［目的］探讨提高外伤性脑梗塞预后的有效措施。［方法］ 分析2000年6月~2005年6月确诊的19例外伤性脑梗塞患者的临床表现和影像学资料，12例患者行手术治疗，单纯内减压术5例，单纯外减压术3例，同时行内外减压术4例，另有7例行非手术治疗。［结果］ 随访6个月~2年,治疗总有效率为73.74%,治愈率为52.63%。［结论］外伤性脑梗塞的治疗关键在于早期诊断、早期治疗及时发现病情变化，CT、MRI及DWI对早期诊断有价值。

Abstract:

［Objective］To study the methods on how to improve of the treatment of post-traumatic cerebral infarction. ［Methods］To investigate the 19 patients of post-traumatic cerebral infarction from June 2000 to June 2005，and analysed the clinic and image manifestation, the operation was done on 12 cases,5 cases was done with inside decompression,3 cases was operated on outside decompression and there were also 7 patients treated without surgery. ［Results］After the follow-up period(6 months to 2 years), the total effective rate was 73.74%,and the curative rate was 52.63%. ［Conclusions］The most important thing of treating on post-traumatic cerebral infarction is early diagnosis and early curing, CT，MRI and DWI is more helpful of the early diagnosis.
