[目的]探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV) 感染对宫颈癌组织Fas /FasL(Fas配体)表达的影响。[方法]用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素过氧化物酶(SP)法检测55例宫颈鳞癌和27例宫颈炎组织HPV 及Fas、FasL蛋白的表达。[结果] 在宫颈鳞癌和宫颈炎组,HPV感染率分别为76.4%和85.2%(P>0.05),Fas表达阳性率分别为50.9%和 75.0%(P<0.05),FasL分别为72.7%和83.3%(P>0.05)。在宫颈癌HPV感染和未感染组,Fas表达阳性率分别为40.6%和61.9%(P<0.05);FasL分别为76.2%和21.4%(P<0.05)。在宫颈炎HPV感染和未感染组,Fas表达阳性率分别为67.2%和96.7%(P<0.05);FasL分别为75.0%和45.2%(P<0.05)。[结论]HPV感染可能会使宫颈癌细胞Fas基因表达下调,FasL表达上调,使癌细胞发生免疫逃避,从而促进宫颈癌的发生。 |

[Objective]To study the effect of human papilloma virus(HPV)on expressions of Fas/Fasl in carcinogenesis of cervical carcinoma.[Methods]The expressions of HPV and Fas/Fasl in 55 cervical carcinomas and 27cervicitis tissues were detected by SP method.[Results]In cervical carcinoma and cervicitis
groups, the expression rates of HPV were 76.4% and 85.2% (P>0.05); the rates of fas were 50.9% and 75.0% (P<0.05), the rates of Fasl were 72.7% and 83.3% (P>0.05)respectively. In cervical carcinoma with HPV infection and without, the expression rates of Fas were 40.6% and 61.9% (P<0.05),and the rates of FasL were 75.0% and 45.2%(P<0.05)respectively.[Conclusions]The inhibition of Fas expression,and up-regulation of Fasl expression from HPV in cancer cells. Maybe promote development of cervical carcinoma. |
