| ［目的］ 研究姜油树脂对4种常见皮肤癣菌的体外抗真菌活性。［方法］采用美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)，产孢丝状真菌抗真菌药物敏感试验方案(M38-A方案)，微量稀释法测定常见皮肤癣菌的抑菌实验研究及最低抑菌浓度MIC。［结果］姜油树脂对皮肤癣菌的总体MIC值为0.0002%～0.0032%；对红色毛癣菌、须癣毛癣菌、犬小孢子菌、絮状表皮癣菌的MIC值分别为0.0002%～0.0008%、0.0008%～0.0032%、0.0002%～0.0016%及0.0004%～0.0008%。［结论］姜油树脂具有很好的抑菌效果。 |

| ［Objective］To study the antifungal effect in vitro of ginger oleoresin.［Methods］The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of ginger oleoresin for normal dermatophyte were performed by reference method of National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standard (NCCLS).［Results］The general MIC of ginger oleoresin for dermatophytes was 0.0002%~0.0032%,and MICs to Trichophyton rubrum, T.mentagrophytes, Microsporum canis and Epidermophyton floccosum were 0.0002%～0.0008%, 0.0008%～0.0032%,0.0002%～0.0016% and 0.0004%～0.0008% respectively. ［Conclusions］The ginger oleoresin is effective antidermatophyte drug. |
