[目的]了解本地区支原体引起泌尿生殖道感染的状况,为临床治疗支原体感染的抗生素选择提供参考依据。[方法]采用丽珠集团生产的支原体检测试剂盒对250例泌尿生殖道感染患者的分泌物标本进行支原体的培养鉴定,并对阳性株进行了9种抗生素的体外药物敏感试验。[结果]共检出127株解脲支原体(Uu)、17株人型支原体(Mh)和25例混合感染。培养的阳性率为67.6%。药敏试验结果显示: 强力霉素和美满霉素对解脲支原体、人型支原体及混合感染的敏感率分别为97.6%、96.9%;82.4%、76.5%和80.0%、72.0%。[结论] 强力霉素和美满霉素应作为目前治疗泌尿生殖道支原体感染的首选抗生素。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective]To investigate the status of urinary tract infection of mycoplasma in our district, in order to provide some references of the antibiotic selection for the clinic.[Methods]Culture 250 secretion-samples of urinary infection and take the nine antibiotics sensitivity test on the positive samples. The culture identification and sensitivity were applied the kit from Lizhu Company. [Results] One hundred and twenty-seven of 250 cases were infected with ureaplas urealyticum(Uu),17 cases were infected with mycoplasma hominis(Mh) and 25 cases were infected with both. The total positive rate is 67.6%. The sensitivity rate of doxycycline(DOX) and minocin(MIN) for Uu,Mh, Uu+Mh were 97.6% and 96.9%, 82.4% and 76.5%,80.0% and 72.0% respectively. [Conclusion]DOX and MIN may be selected as the first drugs to treat mycoplasma infection. |
