早期羊膜移植治疗眼部化学烧伤的临床观察

摘要:

［目的］观察早期新鲜羊膜移植在眼部化学烧伤中的治疗效果。［方法］采用新鲜的人羊膜早期移植治疗眼部化学烧伤12例(14眼)。［结果］术后进行平均约6个月的随访，未见羊膜排斥反应。炎症反应均得到控制，角巩膜未见继续溶解。术后10 d羊膜开始逐渐吸收，角膜基质水肿减轻，透明度提高。随访过程中无角膜溃疡复发。视力均有不同程度的提高。［结论］早期新鲜羊膜移植治疗重症眼部化学烧伤是一种积极有效的治疗方法。

Abstract:

［Objective］To estimate the clinical effect of early transplantation of fresh amniotic membrane for ocular alkali burn. ［Methods］Twelve patients (14 eyes) with alkali burn were treated with fresh amniotic membrane. ［Results］After average follow-up for 6 months, the inflammations were controlled. There were no rejection of amniotic membrane and melt of cornea-sclera. The amniotic membrane was absorbed in 10 days post-operation with the ease of corneal edema and improvement of transparency. There were no recurrences of corneal ulcer. The visions in all cases were improved to different extents. ［Conclusions］The early transplantation of fresh amniotic membrane is an effective method for ocular alkali burn.
