| ［目的］探讨气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的安全性及疗效。［方法］在硬膜外麻醉下，经输尿管镜对80 例输尿管结石患者行气压弹道碎石治疗。其中上段结石15 例，中段结石31 例，下段结石34 例。［结果］76 例输尿管结石一次碎石成功，碎石成功率95 %（76/80） 。［结论］气压弹道碎石是治疗输尿管结石首选方法。尤其适合输尿管中下段结石。 |

| Objective］To explore the clinical use of pneumatic lithotriptor in breaking the ureteral calculi . ［Methods］Under epidural space anaesthesia, to treat 80 ureteral calculi cases with pneumatic lithotripto by ureteroscoper. For the upside ureteral calculi were 15 cases,the middle sect were 31 cases ,and the down sect were 34 cases .［Results］Once fragmented succeed was 76 cases ,the rate was 95%(76/80).［Conclusions］Treatment of ureteral calculi with this method is the first choose. |
