恶性肿瘤不仅在原发部位浸润性生长,累及邻近组织,而且常通过多种途径扩散到其他部位,生成同样类型的肿瘤。肿瘤转移是恶性肿瘤的特征之一,也是导致肿瘤患者死亡的主要原因。恶性肿瘤转移的分子生物学机制可概括为5部分:黏附、降解、运动、血管生成和基因调控。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] Malignant tumors not only grow in primary site of origin but also invade into distant sites by many ways and form new tumors. Metastasis was one of the most important characteristics of malignant tumors. It was also the major reason that leads to the death of the tumor sufferers. The molecular biological mechanisms of tumors invasion involves of five parts: adhesion; degradation; migration; angiogenesis; regulation of gene. |
